Swimming Lessons!

Mauren started swimming lessons this week!  We play fun games and sing songs just trying to get her use to the water.  She is the youngest by far, but we can participate in most of the class.  She's even taking the lessons with a friend, Ady!  Mauren loves the water but doesn't know yet to close her mouth when she gets close to going under!

Mauren has been seeing a chiropractor to help with her ear infections.  We were a little sceptical at first with the idea but she saw her pediatrician today and got a clean bill of health.  No tubes needed!

Happy Independence & Mauren Turned 11 Months Day!

We had a quiet long weekend with a barbeque on Sunday and family visiting on Monday.  Mauren also turned 11 months on Sunday!  It's so hard to believe that she is that old.  Time just keeps on flying by with no regards to our wishes.  Here's some pics from the weekend and a quick update on what Mauren is doing now.  (Thanks YaYa for the cute patriotic dress!)





*At 11 months Mauren is crawling all over the house and moves so quickly it's hard to figure out where she is! 

*She pulls herself up on furniture and our legs. 

*She walks along the furniture easily. 

*She loves walking with her walker.

*She is getting more daring when exploring.  She's a lot less tentative.

*She blows kisses.

*She "gives love" by giving a hug and patting your back.

*She signs when she is hungry and wants more.
