Trip to Denver!!

 Mauren did a lot of research on

where to go and what to do while

we were in Denver.  Here she's
lounging in Jasper's bed studying up!

We first met Barry & Paige about  1 1/2 years ago since they went through the adoption process at the same time.  This is the first time we met Leyna, their 7 month old girl!  It's so nice to talk with another couple that has had some of the same experiences.

The second best part of the trip was the mirrored closet doors in our hotel room!  Mauren loved playing and waving to the girl on the other side!!

Happy Mother's Day!

We had a great day celebrating our first Mother's Day!  Here's some pics from our day...

It was Sunday so of course Mauren
had to get all dolled up for church.

Mauren recieved this Iowa Hawkeye outfit from their former baseball coach

that now works at the golf course!  Go Hawkeyes!
